About the role:

As Maintenance Manager at Arc School Napton, you will be an integral part of our team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties connected with the upkeep of the fabric and grounds of the site together with supporting the daily operational needs of the school, managing all aspects of the maintenance, Health and Safety, upkeep and repairs of the school and grounds and ensure that repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standard and that the facilities and the environment of the school are safe and comfortable for the children, staff and visitors. You will assist in the monitoring and testing of building systems to ensure the school meets its legal obligations under regulatory compliance.

About you:

For this role, we are looking for someone who has hands on experience in a maintenance role or similar, ideally within an SEN setting, although not essential. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference to the lives and education of our children and young people. About us:

Arc School Napton, part of Kedleston Group, is an independent specialist primary school in Napton, for children and young people aged between the ages of 5 and 11. We provide a safe learning environment for children and young people with educational and social needs which are associated with the challenges of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), attachment disorder (AD), autism (ASC), dyslexia and dyspraxia. Some children have social emotional and mental health needs. (SEMH).
