We support young people with various needs including SEMH, autism (ASC) and associated conditions, mental health needs and anxiety. We understand that we are the start of their journey, and we can help build foundations for the future.
In our Kedleston Group homes we follow the PACE approach by encouraging and facilitating play-based activities that allow children to engage their imagination, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
PACE stands for Playful, Accepting, Curious and Empathetic and it focuses on creating a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes well-being and development. It encourages a positive culture across the home for staff as well as children.
