Within the Kedleston Group we continually aim to support and nurture our current staff through various exciting educational opportunities.
The programme aims to offer development opportunities to our current internal Care Managers in order to provide potential future organisational progression, personal upskilling and sharing best practice between Kedleston Care Group settings.
So, what next? From September 2023, we are running a Registered Managers Programme, with the next Team Leader Care Development Programme starting in 2023, allowing another group of amazing internal Care Managers to begin their development journey within Kedleston.
Congratulations everyone and enjoy the graduation celebrations.
Kedleston Group operates specialist day schools, residential schools and children’s homes throughout the UK for children and young people in need of a bespoke and nurturing approach to their education and care.
