Mental Health Awareness Week 🤗
This week is #MHAW...our mental health matters every week but with so much going on around us in the world, it can be hard to focus on being kind to our brains. So, this week can act as an opportunity to take a step back, offer to support to others, and focus on what’s important to our own health.
As you might know, we’ve been recently running our Kedleston Group LEGO Competition and we can’t wait to announce the winners really soon! LEGO can provide a fantastic opportunity to support children and young people to relax, be imaginative, feel comfortable to have important conversations and have some fun in the process…all contributing towards positive mental health.
The LEGO Group have some great resources for mindfulness: https://www.lego.com/en-gb/categories/adults-welcome/article/mindfulness
See if you can take 5 minutes today to have a go…
