Are you able to work as part of a team to provide care and support for young people who are living away from home?

* Unqualified £18,034 + £50 per sleep-in

*Qualified £20,251 + £50 per sleep-in

High Peak School is a residential school providing 52 week provision for young people aged 8 to 18 years with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties and we are looking for caring, compassionate and dedicated staff to join our team of Child Care Workers.

Due to company growth and expansion we are looking for qualified (level 3 Health & Social Care) and non-qualified members of staff to join our team of Residential Support Workers. You will play a key part in the development and wellbeing of the Young People at High Peak School and in return will be supported to progress in your career.

Ideally we require candidates who have experience working within similar settings or who have worked within NHS / Independent sector CAMHS services and hold the NVQ 3 / Diploma Children and Young People. However, we will also be interested in hearing from you if you have a genuine interest in working with young people and feel you have the skills to enrich their lives.
