Teaching Assistants at Arc School Napton will uphold the Mission, Values and Goals of the Kedleston Group as expressed in its Vision and Mission Statement. They will ensure that the Group’s ethos is clearly articulated and will give professional support and guidance to colleagues in Arc School Napton to ensure these Goals are delivered. This position is to work on a one to one basis.

- Working with and supporting pupils with significant social emotional and related needs across Key Stage 1 and 2
- Support pupils to develop skills for life including supporting with personal care (assisting with toileting, helping with meal time expectations etc.)

- Ability to manage and support behaviours that can challenge
- Adapting the curriculum and tasks on the go
- Knowledge of Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum expectations
