The Business Partnerships Coordinator is a pivotal role supporting the Strategic Partnerships Director with the smooth and efficient running of the Commercial Team which generates all income for the group.  The team is nine people strong and works across all of Kedleston’s 11 schools, 7 Children’s Homes and 2 Residential schools across the country.

Key to the role is supporting the management of the occupancy budget and LA relationships via data support, frameworks and tenders and referral analysis to maximise income and growth opportunities.

The position also includes some marketing functions, working to the Head of Marketing.

As well as working with other members of the Commercial Team, the postholder will liaise with Headteachers and Managers within our schools and children’s homes and with finance colleagues in the Corporate Team.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be highly skilled in working with CRM systems and managing, analysing and interpreting data
  • Be highly skilled in working with Excel, producing pivot tables and graphs
  • Have knowledge of Google analytics
  • Have excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Preferably have prior experience of working in health, social care or education in public, private or charitable sectors
  • Be willing to represent Kedleston Group at external webinars and events

Kedleston Group, is an independent group of special education day and residential schools and children's homes. We support children with a wide range of varying needs including social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), autism (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and attachment difficulties (AD).
