Our Staff

Gabriella has worked in childcare for ten years, six of these being in a residential setting. Gabriella has a level three in children and young people’s workforce, a level three in residential childcare and is currently working towards her level 5 in leadership and management. Gabriella has worked with children from a range of different backgrounds and in vaious types of settings. Gabriella started as a residential care worker and has progressed to become a manager. Gabriella also has experience as "acting manager" in a residential assessment centre for young people with complex needs.

Lenworth has worked in the childcare sector for just over seven years. Lenworth has completed a BTEC Level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare and BA Hons Degree in Therapeutic Childcare. Lenworth is working towards his Level 5 in Leadership and management. He has worked in Residential settings for several years caring for young people with autism (ASD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other social, emotional and mental health related needs. Lenworth started working in residential childcare setting in 2015 as a residential care worker and has experience as a deputy manager within residential childrens homes.
