- Kedleston Group specialist children’s homes use the PACE approach to support the learning and social and emotional wellbeing of the children and young people.

Wood Grove offers various duration of placements to suit individual circumstances and a 52 week nurturing residential placement to children and young people who may, as the result of past traumatic experiences, exhibit social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
Our intention is that each child or young person will achieve positive outcomes in their personal, social and learning lives and, in this way, achieve their full potential.
It is our belief that all children have the right to access and participate in education, to be kept safe from harm and exploitation and to be given the opportunity to participate, achieve success and recognition.
To this end we provide each child or young person, entrusted to our care, with an individualised plan to support their emotional, physical, medical, social and educational needs.
Each personalised plan sets out agreed outcomes for the child or young person and is monitored, reviewed and revised on a regular basis. Wood Grove works closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a consistent multi-agency approach to support young people to achieve their hopes and dreams.
