Karen Hancock

Registered Manager

Karen joined Woodgrove in August 2020. Karen had experience of working with young people who had been permanently excluded from school. Karen then moved within the social care sector and progressed from a support worker to a deputy manager and maintained this role for 10 years. Karen is also a CSE champion.

Amanda Taylor

Deputy Manager

Amanda Taylor joined Kedleston Group in February 2023 and moved to Wood Grove in June 2023, joining as the New Deputy Manager. Amanda has worked in health and social care for 5 years and in the education sector for over 10 years. Amanda has worked in both EBD group homes and solo provisions, starting as a Support Worker and working right through to Interim Manager. Amanda has Level 4 children’s workforce and is currently working towards Level 5 leadership and management children’s residential home.
