Staff at Arc Oakbridge School

We have a diverse, creative and nurturing staff team. They are qualified teachers with special educational needs (SEN) experience and specialist autism spectrum condition (ASC) support staff who can deliver a wide range of subjects and who will have continuous professional development plans in place. Phil Petch

Headteacher

Phil is the Head Teacher of Arc Oakbridge School. He qualified as a teacher in 2000 and went on to complete extensive post graduate training in Special Education, Educational Psychology, and Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.

Yvonne Griffin

Deputy Headteacher

Ms. Griffin comes with a wealth of experience and is already having a positive impact with staff and children alike.

Sabrina is a qualified teaching assistant with a level 3 NVQ in Child Care and Education qualification.

Site Maintenance

Justin is the cleaner and maintenance manager at Arc Oakbridge School. He has previously worked on the railway as a train cleaner and at Birmingham Airport also cleaning aircrafts.
