Staff at Arc School Napton

Specialist teaching and support staff have been recruited and trained to deliver each of the curriculum areas. Support to staff and pupils comes from various sources depending on need and could be the school nurse, Looked after Children Education Services (SIBS), Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services, charities and support organisations, counselling and anger management services.

All staff undergo Team Teach positive handling training which has a firm emphasis on de-escalation techniques in order to manage difficult situations safely.

Early Learning Teacher

Hi everyone I’m Becks, the Early Learning Teacher at Arc School Napton. My two greatest passions as a teacher are in supporting children with additional needs, and developing opportunities for children to learn through play, investigation and interaction, which are core elements of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
