With bags packed, and an air of magical excitement, it was with anticipation that six young people from Wings School Cumbria set off on their adventure to Bournemouth for a break over the holidays. 

The next few days were jam packed with on-site activities; swimming, arcades, archery, target shooting, football, crazy golf but to name a few, and enjoying the on-site entertainment in the evening. On their final day, the group went to Bournemouth beach which the young people absolutely loved - all of the traditional pursuits were enjoyed including paddling in the sea, building sandcastles, playing a variety of games and tucking into ice cream!

Some of the comments from children included, ‘this is the best holiday I have been on’ and ‘this is what a proper family holiday is like’.
