Our Wings School Notts like to remind all staff of how thankful and grateful they are for their constant dedication and commitment to the children and to the team. As part of the staff Health and Well-being provision, they write thank you cards on a daily basis to each other, to show colleagues that their hard work and effort does not go unnoticed.
They want to ensure staff to feel appreciated and always like to spread a bit of happiness, particularly in these challenging times.
Wings School Notts provide education for children and young people aged 9 to 17 years. Children and young people who go to the school and home may have social and emotional mental health problems, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia, dyspraxia, attachment needs, childhood trauma or other specific learning difficulties.
They promote the social and emotional wellbeing of children and young people, enabling them to achieve in education, enjoy social activities, have positive relationships and feel empowered and supported to take care of themselves physically and emotionally as they make the transition to adulthood.
What a lovely idea team, keep it up!
