Year 11 leavers at Olsen House School achieved a fantastic range of qualifications across 2023 – 168 across the school.
Highlights included:
- Students achieving, on average, more than 12 qualifications each
- 44 GCSEs achieved by the Year 11 leavers group
- 100% of young people gaining a Maths qualification
- 86% of students gaining qualifications in Maths, English and Science
- 93% of young people achieving a Maths and English qualification
- A number of students gained between three and six GCSEs each.
GCSEs were achieved in a range of subjects including:
- English
- Maths
- Science
- Citizenship
- History
As well as GCSEs, students also achieved a range of other qualifications including BTEC Art & Design, ICT, PE, Sport & Leisure and Home Cooking.
The young people achieved qualifications in a variety of subjects including SMART Digital and ICDL (Digital Literacy).
Students will now move on to positive destinations in further education and training.
