About the role:

As a KS1 Teacher at Arc School Napton, you will be an integral part of our team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything we do. You will plan, assess and deliver outstanding teaching and learning using proven methods and approaches that enable all young people to learn, whilst ensuring that pastoral needs are also met. You will also lead the development and monitoring of the teaching of science & IT across all key stages and establish excellent relationships with parents and carers and inspire trust and confidence in pupils, colleagues, families and other professionals.

About you:

For this role, we are looking for someone who has a teaching degree or equivalent and holds QTS, ideally you will have experience of working with children with SEND and ASC. With a proven ability to deliver high quality, lively and effective early years and KS1 curriculum teaching, which engages and motivates young people, you’ll be someone who has a passion for supporting them to learn and develop, and you’ll want to make a difference to the lives and education of our children and young people. About us:

Arc School Napton, part of Kedleston Group, is an independent specialist primary school in Napton, for children and young people aged between the ages of 5 and 11. We provide a safe learning environment for children and young people with educational and social needs which are associated with the challenges of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), attachment disorder (AD), autism (ASC), dyslexia and dyspraxia. Some children have social emotional and mental health needs. (SEMH).
