About the role:
As Site Manager at Silverways School, you will be an integral part of our team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for all aspects of the maintenance, Health and Safety, upkeep and repairs of the school and grounds and ensure that repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standard and that the facilities and the environment of the school are safe and comfortable for the children, staff and visitors. You will assist in the monitoring and testing of building systems to ensure the school meets its legal obligations under regulatory compliance.
For this role, we are looking for someone who has hands on experience in a maintenance role or similar, ideally within an SEN setting, although not essential. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference to the lives and education of our children and young people. Silverways School, part of Kedleston Group Limited, is an independent specialist day school in Enfield, for children and young people aged between the ages of 7 and 16 with autism and associated learning needs enabling them to re-engage positively with education.
