Arc School Napton is our independent specialist primary school based in a small village in Warwickshire, registered for children between the ages of 5 to 11.

The team at the school have recently introduced a fantastic Zones of Regulation Programme which has been designed in line with the school’s ethos of ‘fostering self-control and emotional regulation’.

Self-regulation is the ability to remain calm, cope with big emotions, adapt, and respond appropriately to our environment.

The Zones of Regulation Programme incorporates a range of approaches designed to help children exercise their own control, help them teach them the best strategies for overcoming obstacles and how to self-regulate in order to become successful and achieve.
