It’s Mental Health Awareness Week
Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event when there is an opportunity for the whole of the UK to focus on achieving good mental health. It is all about starting conversations about mental health and wellbeing and the things in our daily lives that can affect it.
We are also running our own Kedleston Group #HowAreYou Campaign! The #HowAreYou campaign raises awareness for mental health and the importance of talking about mental health and well-being with colleagues.
Through this campaign we want to encourage our colleagues to talk about their well-being and any mental health concerns colleagues may have. We want to highlight the fact, mental health can be promoted within the workplace and can help raise awareness of the support services available.
Remember, simply asking how someone is doing can go a long way! 😊
