Part Time Administration Assistant, Liverpool
23 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Up to £18,250 Full Time Salary (£11,369 for 23 hours)

The Opportunity:
We are currently looking to recruit an approachable, strong administrator who has great organisational skills, to join our team as an administration assistant. The position will be responsible for providing effective and efficient secretarial and clerical services for the school, Office Manager and the Headteacher, whilst upholding the schools values and adhering strictly to the safe guarding policies and procedures.
Main Roles and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Providing an efficient administration support service, ensuring that all relevant tasks are dealt with in a promptly and courteously
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with visitors to the school in a friendly and efficient manner
- Collect pupil attendance numbers daily for welfare callers. Email authorities who request attendance data weekly and keep school register up to date.
- Ensure the mail is dated and distributed to the relevant members of staff each day
- Be responsible for particular display boards throughout school, keeping them up to date
- Participating in arrangements for your Induction, supervision, training and development
Person Specification
· Strong organisational skills
· Good telephone manner
· Ability to multi-task
· Good time keeping
· Excellent communicator
· Experience in an education environment (Desired not essential)
