The team places the needs of the children, and improving their life-long outcomes, at the heart of everything they do.
The staff team undertake specialist and service led training to support them in the managing of complex needs, autism and mental health issues effectively. The home also works with a team of clinicians which includes a Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist and when required an Educational Psychologist.
