Following our recent staff survey, we achieved certification, with 80% of colleagues agreeing that Kedleston Group is a great place to work.
This achievement is something everyone should be proud of. It reflects the dedication, passion and commitment our teams show every day in supporting children, young people and each other. Our survey results highlighted particular strengths in the meaningful nature of our work, the difference we make and the pride we feel in our achievements.
