At a special end-of-year celebration, pupils were recognised for their exceptional attendance with attendance medals, certificates, and £50 reward vouchers, celebrating the resilience and dedication they have demonstrated by attending school consistently.
A huge congratulations goes to Harrison Brennan, who achieved an outstanding 100% attendance across the entire academic year. In recognition of this remarkable achievement, Harrison was presented with a PlayStation by our Attendance Lead, Asone Patterson. After a year of commitment and perseverance, it was wonderful to see Harrison receive this well-deserved reward.
Excellent attendance is about far more than simply being present. Every day in school provides opportunities to learn, build relationships, develop confidence, and take part in experiences that cannot be replicated elsewhere. Consistent attendance helps pupils make stronger academic progress, establish positive routines, and feel a genuine sense of belonging within the school community.
We are especially proud that our commitment to attendance and positive behaviour was recognised under the new Ofsted framework, where the school received a Strong judgement in Behaviour and Attendance. This reflects the collective efforts of our pupils, families, and staff in creating a culture where every day in school matters.
Congratulations to all of our award recipients, and thank you to our families for the vital role they play in supporting excellent attendance. Together, we are helping every pupil achieve their very best.
