Often working quietly behind the scenes, Martyn ensures that the school’s quality assurance of filtering and monitoring is robust while overseeing careers development for our learners. He is also dedicated to enhancing the school’s IT and media provision, always exploring ways to involve students in meaningful projects within Fernways and the wider community.
