Adele has truly taken ownership of her role, showing outstanding initiative in leading the ELSA team, strengthening parental engagement and ensuring that families receive the guidance and support they need.
Adele has extended Fernways current SEMH provision, ensuring that students have a voice and channel to share their concerns. Her proactive approach, compassion and determination mean that no challenge is ever too big for her to take on.
Adele's thoughtful and inclusive approach ensures that everyone feels heard, supported and valued. She truly exemplifies our Kedleston value of Belonging – creating a community where everyone is valued and feels comfortable being themselves.
